By accessing and using PDF Everything("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF Everything provides browser-based PDF utilities and Pro-only AI tools for extracted PDF text, including summaries, chat, and translation. Some tools run locally in your browser; AI tools send extracted text to server-side APIs.

3. Pro Access

Pro features require a valid license. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. We may change limits, suspend access, or revoke licenses if abuse or payment issues occur.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Process files you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to your files and extracted text. You grant us the limited right to process content as needed to provide the requested tool. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

6. Payment and Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our third-party payment provider. Subscription management, cancellation, and payment method availability may depend on that provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, conversion issues, AI inaccuracies, or other damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, abuse, payment issues, or operational reasons.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
