By accessing and using PDFBolt("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PDFBolt provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to merging, compressing, converting, and AI-powered analysis of PDF documents. The Service is available in both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload files containing malware or malicious content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. All files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing.

6. Payment and Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
