We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to support@pdfbolt.com
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Briefly explain why you would like a refund

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Only the first payment is eligible for a full refund
  • Subsequent renewal payments may be refunded on a prorated basis

Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
